All books sold by The Quiet Protector are printed on demand. This means your book is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays

During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer
Once your order has been printed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with professional print and fulfillment providers operating warehouses across the United States. Your order will ship from the facility closest to your delivery address when possible.

The Quiet Protector is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has left our fulfillment facility.

5. International Shipping
At this time, The Quiet Protector primarily ships within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:

Failure to claim the package
You may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the item.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We will work with our fulfillment partner and carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all books are printed on demand:

Orders cannot be modified once production begins.

Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
After printing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
